Like everything at Scotts, our food is a passionate expression of who we are. The style can be best described as contemporary melting-pot American. Bringing combined culinary backgrounds and experiences we have created a seasonally adjusted menu featuring fresh, vibrant American classics enhanced and joined by dishes and cuisines of the world.
Our team of Chefs at Scotts are inspired by a variety of flavors ranging from Thai, Italian, Spanish, Caribbean, Creole-Cajun, French and South American and will be crafting recipes to share their passion with our diners. We always start with the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on, from local farmers, purveyors, artisans, wine and beer makers that care about their craft just as much as we do.
In the same way we seek to be connected to our neighborhood and to the community, we extend that relationship to the globe when we purchase, looking for sustainability, responsibility, and integrity with every ingredient. Each dish is thoughtfully created and lovingly prepared for each of our guests to enjoy with their friends and family in a relaxing yet polished atmosphere.
So while we may list all of the ingredients on our menu, we’ve left out a few; passion, joy, honesty, creativity, technique, and a whole lot of love.
